Anza Scheepers

I have been a dedicated Realtor since 2006 here in Redding, building a successful career that began with several Top Performance awards at Coldwell Banker CC Properties. Over the years, I have continued to grow my business and now proudly work with an experienced team of Realtors at Wahlund & Co Realty Group, where we collectively bring over 50 years of expertise to the real estate industry.

As an active member of the Shasta Board of Realtors, I have served on several committees, including as Chairperson for the Social Committee, Core Standards, and Strategic Planning. In recognition of my contributions to the real estate community, I was honored as the Realtor of the Year in 2023 and have been elected to serve as the Treasurer for the Board in 2025.

Beyond my professional life, I am passionate about giving back to the community. I serve on the staff at the YMCA as an Aqua Aerobics instructor, and I enjoy hiking, swimming, and embracing the outdoor lifestyle that Redding offers. My husband and I also love traveling and exploring new places together.

Originally from South Africa, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Potchefstroom. After moving to California, I discovered my passion for real estate in 2006 and haven’t looked back since.
